WHEREAS the plaintiff/judgment creditor in the above-entitled and numbered
cause made application for the appointment of a receiver of the property and assets of
EDNA SANCHEZ, Judgment Debtor; and
WHEREAS the Court, on July 29, 2019 ordered the appointment of Paul R.
Wilson to act as the receiver of Edna Sanchez and to take charge of her property and
assets described in the order, and as a prerequisite to serving as receiver Paul R. Wilson
is required to file a bond as receiver conditioned as provided by law, which the Court has
set in the amount of $200.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, that Paul R. Wilson,
Principal, does hereby acknowledge himself bound to pay to Edna Sanchez, the sum of
$200.00 conditioned on the faithful discharge by Paul R. Wilson of his duties as receiver
in the above-entitled and numbered cause, and obedience to the orders of the court in
this cause.
