ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS’ OBJECTIONS TO
DEFENDANTS’ SUMMARY JUDGMENT EVIDENCE

On February 16, 2024, the Court heard the Objections and Motion to Strike Defendants’

Summary Judgment Evidence (the “Objections”), filed by Plaintiffs Bernard Tubeileh and Sinostar

Investments LLC’s (collectively “Plaintiffs”). The Court, having considered the Objections and

hearing oral arguments from counsel on those Objections, is of the opinion and finds that Plaintiffs’

Objections should be and are hereby GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART, as detailed

below:
