                  ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO COMPEL,
                       FOR SANCTION S, AND TO SHOW CAUSE
        On April _,        2024, the Court heard the Motion t0 Compel, for Sanctions, and to Show

Cause (the “Motion”) filed by Plaintiffs Bernard Tubeileh and Sinostar Investments                 LLC

(“Plaintiffs”). The Court, having considered the Motion, the Response filed by Defendants Global

Oil & Gas Texas, LLC and Global Oil & Gas Fields Oklahoma, LLC, and any filed reply,

examined the pleadings and papers on file, and hearing oral arguments, is of the opinion and finds

that Plaintiffs’ Motion should be   DENIED.

        IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that Plaintiffs’                Motion is   DENIED   in its

entirety.
