Summary Judgment: Suit on a Sworn Account, Application for Attorney’s Fees, and Brief in
Support thereof (the “Motion"). This Court has taken judicial notice of Plaintiffs' (Verified)
Third Amended Petition, which contains his sworn account filing. See BERNARD
TUBEILEH’S AND SINOSTAR INVESTMENTS LLC’s THIRD AMENDED PETITION AND APPLICATION
FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT (Count III: 111] 47-53) (p. 15) (filed Nov. 15, 2023). After
reviewing the Motion, the Response, the Reply, and upon entertaining the arguments of
Counsel, this Court is of the opinion that the Motion is well taken and should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiff’s Motion for
Partial Summary Judgment on his Sworn Account Claim against Defendant Global Oil &
Gas, Texas, LLC is GRANTED. This Court therefore issues JUDGMENT in Plaintiff’s favor
for the liquidated sum certain in the amount of $997,200. This Court ORDERS that Plaintiff
SHALL RECOVER his reasonable and necessary attomey’s fees in the amount of
$ .00. This Court ORDERS that Plaintiff SHALL RECOVER from
