   2. Effective November 1, 2021, until further order of that court, the Indiana Supreme Court
      established a Pre-Eviction Diversion Program.

   3. If both the landlord and the tenant agree to apply for emergency rental assistance:
      this case will be marked as confidential, and will no longer be available on mycase.in.gov;
       the case will be stayed (put on hold) for ninety (90) days, to allow the landlord and tenant
       to work through the emergency rental assistance application process; and
       the Court will issue a Case Management Order, which orders the landlord and tenant to do
       certain things, including appearing for Status Conferences, approximately every thirty (30)
       days.
   4. There is also a free settlement conference program – The Fast-Track Facilitation Program –
      offered through the State of Indiana that can assist the landlord and tenant in resolving this
      case.
   b. The program is free, and is not a rental assistance program.
   c. Information about Fast-Track Facilitation, including how to apply, is available at:

   d. Both the landlord and the tenant must agree to participate in Fast-Track Facilitation.
