ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
Plaintiff, Harrison Trails Owner Llc (hereinafter ‘’Plaintiff’’) having filed its Complaint for
Immediate Possession for Real Estate and Ejectment and Affidavit for Immediate Possession of Real
Estate against Defendant, George Albert Logan, and Any and all Other occupants (herein collectively
‘‘Defendant’’) and the Court, having reviewed Plaintiff's Complaint and being duly advised now
issues the following Order:
IT IS ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendant appear in the Marion County
Superior Court, Civil Division located at Community Justice Campus, 675 Justice Way, Indianapolis,
IN 46203 on
the purpose of controverting Plaintiff’s Complaint and Affidavit or to otherwise show cause why
George Albert Logan and Any and all Other occupants should not be taken from the property
commonly known as 5382 Mcintosh Ln, Apt. 1a, Indianapolis, In 46226 and Plaintiff put in
possession;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that George Albert Logan and
Any and all Other occupants may file and Affidavit on their behalf with the Court; may appear and
present testimony on their behalf at the hearing; that George Albert Logan and Any and all Other
occupants may file with the Court a written undertaking in an amount to be determined at the hearing
set above as ordered by this Court to stay the delivery of the property; and if George Albert Logan and
Any and all Other occupants fail to appear, Plaintiff may be granted a judgment of possession.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that a copy of this Order shall be
served upon George Albert Logan, by the Sheriff of Marion County, who shall make due return

showing his acts and proceedings hereunder no later than five (5) days before the hearing date set
forth above.
