Defendant’s account formerly with Synchrony Bank was opened on May 20, 2021. Defendant has
received billings for the amount due, has failed to object to the billings and/or has failed, refused or
neglected to pay the balance due and owing Plaintiff. Plaintiff is the assignee of Defendant’s Synchrony
Bank account. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests a judgment in its favor and against Defendant for total
damages in the amount of $2,420.96, plus requested filing fees and costs of $78.00, for a total of
$2,498.96 plus costs and interest on any judgment received allowable by statute and other such relief as
the court may deem appropriate.
