NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced and is pendin! in this Court
upon a complaint of the above-named plaintiff against the above-named defendants for the foreclosure.of
a mortgage bearing date November 19, 2004 executed by GENE BOYD to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN to
secure the sum of $296,000.00, recorded in the Office of the City Register of the City of New York in the
County of QUEENS on February 23, 2005 in CRFN 2005000109844. Said mortgage was assigned to
Plaintiff by assignment of mortgage duly executed on a date prior to the filing of the contplaint. Said Ioan
was modified. As evidence of the modification, a Loan Modification Agreement was executed on or
about August 13, 2010. Said loan was fHther modified. As evidence of the modification, a I oan
Modification Agreement was executed on or about December 23, 2010. Said loan was further modified.
As evidence of the modification, a Loan Modification Agreement was executed on or about November
28, 2012. Said loan was further modified. As evidence of the modification, a Loan Modification
Agreement was executed on or about February 13, 2014.
