As I explained to you when we met, our split is never as high as the competitors because of all the tools and market share we offer to the agents to help their business. If you decide, and I hope you do, that Houihan Lawrence is the brand you desire to work with to take your business to the next level we would start you at 60% with no rollback and there is a 5% incentive for all in house deals.
