        Congratulations! You're officially part of Houlihan Lawrence's InCrowd. Set up your account using the Quick
        Start Guide below to liberate your email and enhance our network of 26 offices, all at your fingertips.

               1. Visit http://www.hlincrowd.com.
               If you're using a mobile device such as an iPhone, Android or iPad, you'll be prompted to
               download the app (if you're on the desktop, you can sign in directly to InCrowd.) Note: Since
               InCrowd isn't publicly available you won't find it in the App Store or Google Play.




                       *Your username and password are the same as Client Connect.

               2. Fill out your profile once you've logged into InCrowd.
               If you're accessing InCrowd from a PC, Mac, or iPad, click on your name in the top right corner
               to access your profile; from an iPhone or Android, click on the 'My Profile' icon.

                   •   Upload a profile photo; it's not required that you use your agent photo, but make sure
                       it's a recognizable picture.
                   •   Update your office and mobile phone numbers, office location, and bio.
                   •   Add some Interests using InCrowd's hashtagging feature; these specific Interests will
                       alert you via push notifications when they're used by other agents within the app. You
                       can also set the frequency of email alerts for a roundup of new notifications for specific
                       periods throughout the day, week or month. (Visit InCrowd's User Guide for more
                       information on how to set email notification frequency.)

               3. Visit App Support. By clicking the life raft, you'll have access to support articles and videos
               created by InCrowd. You can watch tutorials and read posts on how to effectively use the app.
               This is the best way to learn more on proper posting, hashtags, etc.


               4. Explore. After you've checked out App Support, play around with InCrowd and see what
               others are posting. The more you use InCrowd, the more familiar and comfortable you'll be
               navigating the app.
