Attached is the e-file which we distributed on Friday at the manager's meeting. Again please discuss
with your agents that this is for both their safety and the safety of our clients. We did have a situation
this weekend where there were buyers going to multiple open houses and asked why they didn't have
to provide identification at Houlihan's other open house. We must have consistency across the
board. Toni will have this uploaded to client connect.
Per your request the Board has posted on their home page that all Brokers should require ID at all open
houses for everyone's safety. As always thanks for your cooperation.
