I do apologize if you think my email was harsh. I am disappointed that I have had to track you down, for a basic requirement which is due annually at the same time every year, when you should have basic responsibilities for your career at the top of your mind. Although you advised me when you first returned in 2011 that it might take you a while to resume your career, and I have tried to respect your personal situation with your family. It has been frustrating and disturbing that you haven't come to meetings, attended mandatory training sessions or even social events. You haven't shown an interest in growing your business or in attending coaching sessions. In the meantime, the focus of the Bronxville office has changed; I did offer you some options, albeit not what you want. I'm very sorry for both of us that this has not worked out and despite your opinion that it hasn't cost me anything, there are costs to having agents who aren't actively working. You are correct that we barely know one another but I have been in the office any time you wanted to talk. I apologize for the email to address the situation but I also think that leaving voice mails back and forth isn't productive and we never see one another. With apology for the abruptness of all this. I will let Terry Aprea know of your decision. I'm sorry nothing else I can suggest appeals to you. Cindy Cynthia G. I understand business decisions and I have not cost you any time or problems and in the past sold quite a few homes for Houlihan Lawrence. I have had no production in the last two years due to other commitments in my life which needed my free time stemming from the death of my father which you compared to the death of your dog when I first arrived and I found that really bizarre. I have only had one set meeting with you since I came to the office which was last September and have never blown you off as I always sent a professional note in advance so I am not sure how you know anything about me. I have been involved in a wonderful start-up in the City and have a 10 year old son keeping me very busy. •> I know I am a great sales agent and personally feel badly that I have not had the time to work in the office as I miss working with clients which if you are doing your job correctly you must give the time and effort they deserve. I do not want to go to the Yonkers office as it apparently is not as wonderful as you think and my issue with Jane really is not up for discussion, and a little unprofessional that you have brought up this issue as I am certain you have been stung during your real estate career by another agent. I will be happy to move my license and you can advise me how to do so, you can e-mail me at Sallyanne@Bighawk.com as I will not be with the Bronxville office of September 4, 2013. When I worked for the Houlihan Lawrence the first time I was so proud and happy to be there, and I feel really badly that I was unable to have that experience the second time around due to other circumstances. •> Thank you for your time and it is too bad that you did not have the chance to work with me as a productive sales agent but since I am only 46 I hope you will see that I will have production this year and not be compared to the 90 year old agent, I truly understand the the business side of your response but your delivery is quite offensive and I hope your world is always so wonderful ! • > Best regards, • > Sally-Anne Healy > > From: Landis, Cynthia > Sent: Tuesday, September 03, 2013 6:18 PM > To: Healy, Sally-Anne HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL - COURT PROTECTIVE ORDER HL00649335 FILED: WESTCHESTER COUNTY CLERK 04/22/2024 11:45 PM INDEX NO. 60767/2018 NYSCEF DOC. There is always a reason why you can't come in, haven' t come in, can't attend training sessions, etc. Neither do you attend our open houses, a bare minimum requirement for being in the business. Clearly you are opposed to moving your license to Yonkers, and I'm sure it has to do with your former relationship with Jane. However, your contacts and your sphere of influence are in Yonkers. It should be a business decision because we are in business, or at least I am. I love what I do and want others who feel the same way working with me. I can't force you to move your license to Yonkers, nor do I want to. However, I can tell you that I'm unwilling to keep your license in the Bronxville office any longer. You have had no production for quite some time. There is no one else in the office with lower production than yours with perhaps the exception of one of our 90 year old agents. Additionally, there were once many Yonkers agents under the Bronxville roof, but not so many any longer since most of them couldn' t wait to have a Yonkers office. Lastly, I have reached out to you more than once and you have always blown me off. I have to assume that it's nothing personal since we really have never seen one another since you've been back here. However, as a business decision, here is how I see your options: > either to move your license to the referral company, the Yonkers office or another HL office if one of those managers will agree to hold your license, but remaining in Bronxville is off the table as an option. Of course, you can also move your license to a different firm; I understand that being with a busy company like HL isn' t for everyone. > Regretfully, > Cindy • > Cynthia G. I have set an October deadline to return however, I do not want to join the Yonkers office on Tuckahoe Road so maybe you can help me with this process, can I stay in the Bronxville office and how would floor time look. Thanking you in advance for your response! It makes me think that we need to have a conversation about your career here since you haven' t had a transaction since returning to HL. I would love to get you working again but I sense that you aren' t ready or that there' s something else standing in the way. However, it remains a requirement for agents to pay E8.O if they want to continue to be active agents with us. If you wanted to move your license into our referral group (Weathervane Referral Network, WRN) that would avoid payment of the insurance. > Please let me know what you intend to do.
