The Petitioners above named, by their attorneys, Forchel-1i Deegan
Terrana LLP, respectfully alleqe as follows:
1. If there is more than one petiti-oner herein, the word
"Petitioner" shall mean "Petitioners" or "each of the Petitioners",
as t.he context requires
2. At all times herein mentioned, Petitioner was and still- is a
taxpayer of the municipality whose Assessor, Board of Assessors and/or
Board of Assessment Review (hereinafter referred to as "the assessing
jurisdi-ction") are the Respondents herein and is an aqgri-eved party
with respect to the assessment (s) described below within the meaningt
of Section 706 of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York.
3. The Respondents have heretofore prepared, completed and
perfected, purportedly according to the Iaw for the assessing
jurisdictionr dr assessment roll for t.he tax year 2024/25, which
assessment roll included an assessment for Petit.ioner's real property
described in Col-umn I and assessed as set forth i-n Column II of the
following schedule:
