WHEREAS, the parties having executed a Stipulation of Settlement on January 8, 2024,
where Defendants agreed to pay Plaintiff $34,780.16 pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation of
Settlement and the Defendants having defaulted on such terms by only paying $25,041.00 to
Plaintiff, and Defendants having agreed in the Stipulation of Settlement that Judgment may be
entered against them pursuant to CPLR 3215(i) as the result of their default under the Stipulation
of Settlement in the amount of $34,780.16 less payments any payments made by Defendants
under the Stipulation of Settlement.
NOW, on the Affidavit of DOV BER ZAMORE, an authorized representative of
Plaintiff, in support of Plaintiffs application for entry of Judgment pursuant to CPLR 3215(i),
and upon the Stipulation of Settlement signed by Plaintiff and Defendants, and upon the
application of Boris Yankovich, attorney for Plaintiff, it is
ADJUDGED, that Plaintiff SEAMLESS CAPITAL GROUP LLC, having an address at
2329 Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn, New York 11210, have judgment and do recover of Defendant
TRUCK DOCTOR INC having an address at 8316 W I 40 SERVICE RD OKLAHOMA CITY,
Oklahoma 73128, HEARTLAND DIESEL SERVICE, INC. having an address at 210 Park
Avenue STE 2800 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73102, QUALITY DIESEL SERVICE &
