As you know, this office represents the Petitioners, Cyndra Fye and Douglas Fye in the
above-referenced matter. We respectfully request a two-week extension of time, from April 29,
2024 to May 13, 2024, to report to the Court regarding our review of the documentation provided
and our position with regard to it. We are attempting to work through the material provided but
find that we need additional meetings to accomplish it.
I have emailed opposing counsel regarding the request, and they have informed me that
they have no objection. In fact, they indicate that they will be providing additional documentation
