$3,373,122.61 in favor of plaintiffNvard Balasanian and against defendants Bay Plaza
Condominium, Bay Plaza Garden and Gotham Property Management,
Whereas on October 26, 2023 an amended judgment was entered in the amount of
$3,785,258.37, in favor of plaintiffNvard Balasanian and against defendants Bay Plaza
Condominium, Bay Plaza Garden and Gotham Property Management, superseding the prior
judgment; and
Whereas said judgments and all interest accrued on them have been paid in full; and
Whereas it is certified that there are no outstanding executions on these judgments with
any Sheriffor Marshal within the State of New York,
Therefore full satisfaction of said judgments is hereby acknowledged and the County
Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make an entry of full satisfaction on the docket of said
judgments.
