PARCEL ONE:
Parcel 2 in the City of Salinas, County of Monterey, State of California, as shown by map filed
in Volume 1 of Parcel Maps, Page 107, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
PARCEL TWO:
A nonexclusive easement for ingress and egress over that certain triangular parcel of land
laying within Parcel 1, as shown on the map filed in Volume 1 of Parcel Maps, Page 107, in
the office of the County Recorder of said County.
PARCEL THREE:
10 A non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over that Southeasterly 25 feet of Parcel 3
as shown on a map filed in Volume 1 of Parcel Maps, Page 107, in the office of the County

The object of Plaintiff s Complaint is a breach of contract, common count and quantum meruit

case against Defendant NORTHSTAR DEVELOPMENT, and foreclose and enforce that certain

Mechanics Lien on and against Defendants 1030 FAIRVIEW LP, LONE OAK FUND, LLC, and DOES
