Ms. Whitney is not your attorney. You are receiving this Debt Validation Notice via mail, at the first direct communication from Ms. Whitney’s office. For the purposes of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, this Notice is a communication from a debt collector. Any information you provide will be used for the purposes of collecting that debt. Unless you notify this office within 30 days after receiving this notice to advise that you dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this debt will be assumed to be valid. If you provide notice in writing within 30 days from receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, verification of the debt will be obtained or a copy of the judgment obtained and you will be mailed a copy of such judgment or verification. If you make a request in writing within 30 days after receiving this notice, you will be provided with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor. The amount of the debt excluding the costs and statutory fees is listed in paragraph four (4) of the Eviction Action Complaint. The name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed is the Plaintiff (the first name listed at the top left of the Eviction Action Complaint).
