Plaintiff is seeking an order declaring the parties’ respective rights in a gap between
properties owned by Plaintiff and Defendant Casey’s Retail Company, determining that none of
the Defendants, except for Casey’s, have any right, title, or interest in the gap, and determining
that Defendant Casey’s is now the fee title owner of the gap and all land in the Revised Casey’s
Legal Description set forth in the Complaint such that the south boundary of the Blaze Property
and the north boundary of the Revised Casey’s Legal Description align without any gap.
