NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in
this court upon the complaint of the Plaintiff against the defendants for the foreclosure of a certain
mortgage bearing the date February 11, 2005, executed by the defendants, Irena Beller and Aaron
Beller, to Fleet National Bank, to secure the payment of $100,000.00, with interest, which said
mortgage was recorded in the NASSAU County Clerk's Office on June 9, 2005, in
Liber/Reel/Book/Instrument/CRFN 2005060900409 of Mortgages at Page n/a. Said mortgage
was then assigned from Fleet National Bank to MEB Loan Trust IV, and the Assignment of
Mortgage was dated January 24, 2020 and recorded in the NASSAU County Clerk's Office on
August 18, 2020 in Liber/Reel/Book/Instrument/CRFN M44467 at Page 222 of Mortgages. Said
mortgage was further assigned fi"om MEB Loan Trust IV to MEB Loan Trust IV, U.S. Bank
National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee, and the Assignment of
Mortgage was dated August 29, 2022; and recorded in the NASSAU County Clerk's Office on
November 2, 2022 in Liber/Reel/Book/Instrument/CRFN M46930 at Page 136 of Mortgages.
Said mortgage was further assigned from MEB Loan Trust IV, U.S. Bank National Association,
not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee to MEB Loan Trust IV, U.S. Bank Trust National
Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee, and the Assignment of Mortgage
was dated January 31, 2024; and recorded in the NASSAU County Clerk's Office on February 20,
