NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION TO DOMESTICATE A FOREIGN JUDGMENT
Now comes Petitioner, Attorney for Plaintiff, Carolina Horse Park Foundation
(hereinafter “Petitioner’’), and here by notifies Defendants Main Awning & Tent, Inc. with a
registered agent at 4901 Hunt Rd, Suite 103, Blue Ashe, OH 45242 (hereinafter ““Defendant’”)
that contemporaneous to filing this notice, Petitioner filed a certified copy of the Final Judgment
(hereinafter ‘Final Judgment’) obtained by Petitioner, on the Petition for Judgment in
CAROLINA HORSE PARK FOUNDATION v. MAIN AWNING & TENT, INC., on or about
November 17, 2023 in the State of North Carolina, County of Hoke, a copy of which is attached
to this Notice.
The Final Judgment, on being filed pursuant to 29 U.S.C. 1738, has the same effect and is
subject to the same procedures, defenses, and proceedings for re-opining, vacating, or staying as
a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of this State, and may be enforced or satisfied in the

same manner as a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of this State. However, no execution
or other process for enforcement of the Petition for Fees may be issued until thirty (30) days after
