NOTICE OF STATUS CONFERENCE FOR FAMILY CASES Cause # 24‐FD‐0818 Status Conference 07/31/2024 at 1:00 p.m. Court: XXX 306th Judicial District Court County Court at Law No. 1 County Court at Law No. 2 County Court at Law No. 3 If your case is not resolved prior to the scheduled status conference date, refer to the following instructions for the appropriate court: 306th District Court:  All status conferences may be conducted in WRITING.  No personal appearance is required if you have submitted a Status Report  The Court's facsimile number is 409-765-2936.  Status report forms are available on the website of the 306th District Court.  You should be prepared to show proof of service by the status conference date.  Failure to file a status report timely may result in the Court dismissing your case. County Court No. 1:  Parties must submit an Agreed Docket Control Order on or before the date set for the status conference; or attend the Status Conference. (Visit the Court's web site for DCO forms).  Failure to submit an Agreed DCO or attend the status conference may result in the Court dismissing the case.
