PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the annexed Petition of Michael Antebi, dated April 10,
2024, an application will be made to this Court at an IAS Part thereof, located at 100 Supreme Court Drive,
Mineola, New York 11501, on May 2, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard,
for an Order, pursuant to CPLR §§ 7510 and 7514, confirming the Arbitration Award, dated November
16, 2023, in the sum of $17,927.41 with credit thereon for the all amounts recovered to date, together
with the costs and disbursements of this special proceeding, or such other amount as the Court deems just,
and pursuant to CPLR § 5002, directing the entry of a judgment that will accrue interest at the statutory
rate of 9% per annum, together with any such other and further relief as the Court deems just.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to CPLR § 403(b), an answer and opposing
affidavits must be served on the undersigned at least 7 days before the return date of this Petition.
