turnover order as to Bank of America dated April 11, 2024 and upon the Affirmation of Adam
Nichols, Esq. dated April 11, 2024 and the exhibits annexed thereto, and the petition having come
on to be regularly heard by the Court on May 8, 2024 and there being no opposition thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, you are authorized and commanded to execute and enforce the
judgment entered herein and satisfy same to the extent possible from the proceeds of that certain
account or funds held and safety deposit boxes, if any, at Bank of America. held by the judgment
debtors; and it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Bank of America is directed to turn over to the
Petitioner, Capytal.com, any and all funds in the accounts of judgment debtors PLAN B
