                                        AFFIDAVIT OF DEBT

               i,            Emily Iburg             of lawful age and being first duly sworn state:


         1          Tam the Records Custodian for Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC, (“the Plaintiff”)

and am authorized to make this affidavit on behalf of Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC.              The

following statements and representations are based upon my personal review and knowledge of

the books and records of the Plaintiff, which contain information provided to the Plaintiff. In the

performance of my duties for Plaintiff, I am familiar with the record keeping systems, which

 include the account of the Defendant, PRISCILLA          TORCELLO.       Records maintained by the

 Plaintiff are kept in the course of a regularly conducted business activity and were made at or near

 the time of transactions reflected therein.


          2.        I am familiar with Plaintiffs computerized record-keeping, both as a user and as

 someone with familiarity about how such records are created and kept.      understand how electronic

 business records are transmitted to Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC upon the purchase of debts,

 and how plaintiff processes such information for its own electronic record keeping. Given this

 familiarity, which is more than the knowledge merely of a user, but of someone with a working

 acquaintance with the means through which such records are made, transmitted, and received, I

have knowledge of the reliability of plaintiff's computer system, which is reliable and maintains

accurate business records.


         3, As referenced in the Complaint, Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC is the assignee and

owner    of the       account   opened   by     Defendant      with      CELTIC    BANK,      account    number

XXXXXXXXXKXX7204,                as evidenced by the Bill of Sale and the Excerpt from Sale File

Assigned to Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC, attached hereto. These documents reflect the chain

of title and are received electronically. The documents attached hereto are true copies of the

originals.


         4. The Excerpt from Sale File Assigned to Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC and the attached

business records reflect the complete chain of title, including any and all changes in the names of

relevant institutions, servicing banks, and/or issuing banks and demonstrate the following:

                    The charge off date is: 10/13/2022;
                    The charge off amount is: $753.02; and
                The       Defendant’s    last    transaction     prior    to   charge   off   occurred    on   or
 about:03/11/2022.


          5. Based upon the information provided in the ordinary course of business to the Plaintiff,

 the business records for this Account, attached hereto, reflect that the account remains unpaid and

 the balance due and owing to Plaintiffas of 01/11/2024 is: $753.02


             6. Plaintiff is also seeking costs for the Entry Fee, Service Fee, and Post Judgment Interest.

         7.     Accordingly the Plaintiff secks judgment against the Defendant in the amount of

$753.02 as stated below.
