The serial number assigned by the Collector to the defendant parcel of real estate, a description of the parcel, the name of the last known owner appearing on the records of the Assessor, a statement of the amount of each tax bill filed with the plaintiff, including all tax bills thereon which are delinquent, the year of such assessment, the tract number, if any, of each tax bill and the number or numbers of all suits for the collection of taxes heretofore instituted by the Collector, the interest and penalties which have been computed. from the final date due for payment (31st of December for each specific year) to the 31st day of January, 2024, attorney's fees and costs, and the name of the owner or holder of each such tax bill for said defendant parcel of real estate is included herein. That the total amount due as of January 31, 2024, including principal, interest, penalties, and fees on each of the respective defendant parcel of real estate is the final total amount shown in the Delinquent Tax Statement herein attached. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that all tax liens upon such real estate be foreclosed; that the Court determine the amounts and priorities of all said delinquent tax bills and that it enter its judgment in the amount of all said delinquent tax bills together with interest, penalties, costs and attorney's fees on said defendant parcel of real estate, to the date of judgment; that the Court order that such real estate be sold by the Sheriff at public sale as provided by the laws of the State of Missouri, and that thereafter a report of such sale be made by the Sheriff to the Court for further proceedings under the laws of the State of Missouri Yacggrny Fi.
