On April 10, 2024, after considering the Motion to Compel Arbitration filed by
Defendant TITAN SOLAR POWER TX, INC., as well as the Response to the Motion to
Compel Arbitration filed by Plaintiff AURORA PEREZ and all other evidence presented, the
Court finds the following:
On March 18, 2024, Defendant TITAN SOLAR POWER TX, INC. was notified by the
Court of the date and time of the hearing for the Motion to Compel Arbitration.
On the date and time of the hearing on the Motion to Compel Arbitration filed by
Defendant, no one appeared on behalf of Defendant; and the name was called out three (3)
times by the Court's bailiff. Upon no response, the Court finds that Defendant's Motion to
Compel Arbitration should be DENIED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion to Compel Arbitration is DENIED.
