DISCOVERY IN AID OF JUDGMENT RESPONSES
ON THIS DAY, the Court considered Plaintiff Southwest Legend Investments LLC
(“S WL” or “Plaintiff’) Motion to Compel Defendant GSRX Industries, Inc.’s Post-Judgment
Discovery in aid of Judgment Responses (the “Motion ”) against Defendant GSRX Industries, Inc.
(“GSRX’ or “Defendant”).
After considering the Motion, the evidence, and the argument of counsel, the Court finds
that this Motion should, in all things, be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Motion is
GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that GSRX shall produce
responses to Interrogatory Nos. l, 12, 13, 14, 23, 24, and 33.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that GSRX shall produce
all documents in response to Request for Production Nos. l, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, l6,
17, l8, 19, 24, 25, 28 on behalf of GSRX and any entity in Which GSRX owns a legal or equitable
interest from January 1, 2019, to the present, including, but not limited to the following entities:

511 Andalucia, LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company (“511”);
Ukiah Supply Co., LLC, a California limited liability company (“Ukiah”);
Point Arena Distribution, LLC, a California limited liability company (“PAD”);
Point Arena Manufacturing, LLC, a California limited liability company (“PAM”);
Pure and Natural LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“PaN”);
Pure and Natural One-TN, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“PaN One”) and
Pure and Natural-Lakeway LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“PaNL”).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that GSRX shall produce
the executed copy of the Loan Agreement and Promissory Note given by GSRX to Project 1493,
LLC in the amount of $1,138,498.00 and all documents reflecting the transfer of $1,138,498.00
from GSRX to Project 1493, LLC.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that GSRX shall produce
all responses to interrogatories and shall produce all documents as described above within ten (10)
days of this order.
