ORDER GRANTING PARTIES’ JOINT MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT
       OF TIME TO FILE STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL


      Plaintiffs, William Woods, Katerina Bobay and David Bobay, and Defendant,

Three Rivers Federal Credit Union, by their respective counsel, having filed their

Joint Motion for Enlargement of Time to File Stipulation of Dismissal;

      And the Court having reviewed said Motion now finds that it has merit and

should be GRANTED.

      IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:

   1. The Parties are negotiating a settlement and will submit it to the Court for

      Trial Rule 23 approval within 14 days of the date of this Order; and
   2. The Parties are to file a Stipulation of Dismissal within 30 days of the Court’s

      final approval of settlement.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
