                       The undersigned files this Motion to Appoint Process Server pursuant to Florida Rules of

           Civil Procedure 1.070(b), and says:
                       1. That the above-mentioned rule authorizes the Court to appoint any competent person not
           interested in this action to serve original process.

                       2. That James Hendon, Celeste Altamirano-Hendon, Alison Noonan, Dana Bloodsworth,
           Marilyn Dymtryk, John Householder, Dennis Bartalucci, Barton Bright, Catherine Drive and Kim

           Baker are competent, over the age of eighteen (18) and not interested in the above-styled action.
                       WHEREFORE, the undersigned prays that this Honorable Court will enter its Order

           appointing James Hendon, Celeste Altamirano-Hendon, Alison Noonan, Dana Bloodsworth, Marilyn
           Dymtryk, John Householder, Dennis Bartalucci, Barton Bright, Catherine Drive and Kim Baker as
           Process Servers.
