The Court establishes a Case Management Plan as set forth below. EVENT COMPLETION PERIOD 120 days from filing the Complaint. If the plaintiff uses a process server, the return of service shall be filed on the court docket within the allotted time for service. Service of Complaint Extension of Time for Service: one extension for an additional 120 days unless good cause is shown. If the defendant is not served within the 120 days extension, the case will be dismissed without further hearing unless the plaintiff shows good cause prior to dismissal. Set within 30 days of service. Complete within 90 days of service. Mediation Failure to set mediation after service may result in the Court requiring the plaintiff to re-serve the defendant before moving forward. The signed agreement shall be filed on the court docket within 60 days. Stipulation If the defendant fails to return the signed stipulation within the allotted time, then the plaintiff shall move the case forward to a pretrial conference. If there is no agreement at mediation, the plaintiff shall call to set a pretrial conference within 30 days.
