Time preparing this Declaration and compiling Exhibits: 3 (Elvin Vu 6 hours x $245 rate) + (Karl Schlecht 1 hour x $445) = 6 x $245 + 1 x 4 $445 = $1,915. 5 Fees not included in request for sanction: 6 For simplicity’s sake, we exclude the following time from the total sanction 7 requested: 8 ii. Approximately 6 hours preparing, and appearing at the two hearings on the motion, 9 at a rate of at the attorney rate of $245 per hour; 6 x $245 = $1,470. 10 iii.
