1 Pursuant to Public Resources Code section 21167.6, and Code of Civil Procedure section
2 1094.5(a), Petitioners CITY OF VALLEJO and STEVEN ROY HUSONG hereby request that
3 Respondents CITY OF AMERICAN CANYON and AMERICAN CANYON CITY
4 COUNCIL (“Respondents”) provide Petitioner with a cost estimate for preparing the
5 administrative record in the above-captioned matter, including indexing, page-numbering, and
6 photocopying.
7 Petitioners request that Respondents designate in the record all documents, including all
8 transcripts, minutes of meetings, notices, correspondence, reports, studies, proposed decisions,
9 final decisions, findings, and any and all other documents supporting or relating to Respondents’
10 the March 5, 2024 final actions adopting Resolution No. 2018-24, in turn adopting a City
11 Initiative ordinance (Measure K) establishing a ministerial permitting process for development
12 of certain warehouse facilities by amending the city of American Canyon Municipal Code.
13 Please refer to Public Resources Code section 21167.6(e) for a list of materials required
14 to be included in the administrative record.
15 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Public Resources Code section
16 21167.6(b)(2), Petitioners reserves the right to elect to prepare the record themselves after
17 receiving Respondent’s cost estimate, and/or after receiving materials in response to any request
18 made pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Gov’t Code section 7920.000 et seq.,
19 subject to future discussion and any alternative arrangement to which the parties to this action
20 may agree.
