1. The Plaintiff has been a résident of the State of Ohio at least six (6) months and
of Clark County for at least ninety (90) days, prior to the filing of this Complaint.
2.The parties were married on June 16, 1990 in Columbus, Ohio. No minor
children remain as issue of said marriage.
3. Plaintiff is not an Active Duty Member of the United States Military. Defendant
isa Member of the United States Army Reserve.
4.The parties are incompatible. In the event Defendant denies this ground then
Plaintiff further alleges an additional ground(s) applies pursuant to ORC §3105.01.

5.The parties own certain marital property, tangible and intangible and have
created indebtedness that has been acquired since the date of marriage and therefore requests
an equitable division of said property be ordered by the Court.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands the following relief:
A She be granted a Decree of Legal Separation.
B She be granted temporary and permanent spousal support.
That the marital property of the parties be divided equitably between
them.
She be awarded such other relief as the Court may deem just and proper.
