No minor children remain as issue of said marriage. 3. Plaintiff is not an Active Duty Member of the United States Military. Defendant isa Member of the United States Army Reserve. 4.The parties are incompatible. That the marital property of the parties be divided equitably between them. She be awarded such other relief as the Court may deem just and proper.
