2. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on December 12, 2022, in Columbus, Ohio
and no children have been bom as issue of said marriage. The Plaintiff is not pregnant.
3. The parties are incompatible in their marriage.
4. The parties have marital property as well as separate and marital debt.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, Amiee Collett, demands that she be granted a divorce from
the Defendant; for an equitable division of the marital assets and debts; for an award of attorney
fees and court costs.
