FOR ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT
COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, HHI-NFHB, LLC, by and through the undersigned counsel
and moves this Court for the entry of an Order to Show Cause and in support thereof would show:
1. Plaintiff is a lienholder of real property located at 4728 W. Trilby Ave. Tampa,
FL 33616.
2. Plaintiff has filed a Verified Complaint in conformity with applicable law, which
is attached.
3. Plaintiff requests this Court issue an Order requiring the Defendants to appear
before the Court to show cause why Final Judgment of Foreclosure should not be entered against
the Defendants.
4. When service is obtained by publication, the date for the hearing may not be sooner
than 30 days after the first publication.

5. The accompanying proposed Order to Show Cause affords Defendants all rights
and obligations as contemplated by applicable law.
6. Upon entry of the Order to Show Cause, Plaintiff shall serve a copy of the executed
Order to Show Cause for Entry of Final Judgment of Foreclosure as required by law.
Plaintiff requests the Court review this Complaint and grant this Motion for Order to Show
Cause for entry of Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and to grant such other and further relief as may
be awarded at law or in equity.
