The Court finds that a COMPLAINT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE was filed on January 5, 2024. The Court further finds that the Plaintiff has failed to file a Property Statement within sixty (60) days of filing this action and hereby finds that the Plaintiff is currently in non-compliance with Court Rule 10-17 of the 10% Judicial District. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this matter shall be dismissed by the Court within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order unless a Property Statement is filed with the Court or good cause is shown for the delay (by Motion and Affidavit).
