Court of Richardson County, Nebraska in this matter on
January 10, 2024;
2. That on January 14, 2024, Sean Ozzy Long, Defendant, was
served with the Summons, a copy of the Complaint, Notice of
Right to Counsel;
3. That Sean Ozzy Long, Defendant, has failed to file a
responsive pleading or otherwise pleaded to the Complaint
filed herein and the allegations in said Complaint are
thereby deemed admitted;
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that this Court enter a default
judgment in accordance with the prayer for relief as set forth in the
Complaint previously filed herein.
