Now on this 19TH day of March, 2024 this matter came on for Default Judgment. Present in the Court was Douglas E. Merz, Deputy County Attorney and the defendant Sean Ozzy Long, Defendant. Hearing was held and evidence was received. The Court, being fully advised in the premises finds as follows: That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action. That Sean Ozzy Long is the father of the following minor dependent child: Everly Kay Blakesley Cash born November, 2021 1. That Sean Ozzy Long, Defendant, is the father of said child and owes a corresponding duty to provide financial support for said child. 2. That neither party has dependent health insurance or medical insurance for the minor child, available to him at a reasonable cost as defined under state law. Therefore, Sean Ozzy Long shall pay cash medical support commencing the 1st day of April, 2024 and continuing on the first day of each subsequent month in the amount of $62.00 per month. 3. The amount of current child support is continued until May 14th, 2024 at 1:00 PM. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT: 1. Sean Ozzy Long, Defendant, is the father of the following named child; Everly Kay Blakesley Cash, November 2021 2. Emma Key Blakesley Cash, shall be the payee of medical support payments ordered herein subject to the assignment provision set forth by Nebraska Statute. 3. Said Medical Support Payments shall be paid to the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center at the following address: NEBRASKA CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENT CENTER PO BOX 82600 LINCOLN NE 68501-2600 Payment of medical support must be made through the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center as it becomes due on the first day of each month; b. Medical support is based upon annual income, and it is the responsibility of the person with seasonal employment to budget income so that payments are made monthly throughout the year; c. Any party who marries and/or accepts additional obligations of support does so with full knowledge of his or her prior obligations under these proceedings; d. The payment of medical support takes priority over payment of debts and other obligations; e. The failure to secure or denial of visitation rights does not reduce or remove the obligation to pay medical support; f. Delinquent medical support shall accrue interest at the following rate: Current State Rate 4. In the event Sean Ozzy Long Defendant, fails to pay any Medical Support or other payment, as such failure is certified each month by the Title IV-D Division in which court-ordered medical support is delinquent in an amount equal to the support due and payable for a one-month period of time, he may be required to appear in Court on a date to be determined by the Court and show cause why such payment was not made. In the event that Sean Ozzy Long Defendant, fails to pay and appear as ordered, a warrant shall be issued for his arrest. 5. All parties shall provide written documentation of their address, telephone number, social security number, and name and address of their employer, whether or not they have access to employer related health insurance coverage, and, if so, the health insurance policy information to the Clerk of the District Court forthwith. All parties shall also advise the Clerk of any changes in such information between the time of the entry of this Order and the payment of this judgment in full. 6. Immediate income withholding shall be implemented in accordance with the Nebraska Income Withholding for Child Support Act. 9. That neither party has dependent health insurance or medical insurance for the minor child, available to him/her at a reasonable cost as defined under state law. Therefore, Sean Ozzy Long shall pay medical support commencing the 1st day of April, 2024 and continuing the first day of each subsequent month thereafter in the amount of $ 62.00 per month. 10.
