         COMES NOW Plaintiff, by and through counsel, and moves the Court
for entry of Temporary Orders herein as follows:

        1.   Restraining    and    enjoining    Defendant    from    transferring,
             encumbering, hypothecating, selling, hiding, concealing, or
             destroying property of the parties except for in the usual course of
             business or for the necessaries of life until further order of this
             Court;
             Restraining and enjoining Defendant from harassing, molesting or
             disturbing the peace of Plaintiff;
        3.   Awarding Plaintiff temporary alimony and attorney’s fees herein.

         PLAINTIFF FURTHER prays for an Order granting her access to funds
that were taken by Defendant from the joint bank account(s) of the pasties and
placed into account(s) held solely by Defendant.

         WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for the relief requested herein, and for
such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
