                                       ANSWER:
        COMES NOW Plaintiff, Kylee J. Riggs, by and through her attorney of
record, Shane J. Placek, and for answer to the Defendant’s counterclaim filed herein
on or about March 7, 2024 states and alleges as follows:
        1.      Admits paras. 1, 2 and 3;
        2.      Neither admits nor denies para. 4 as the same is irrelevant and
                immaterial;
        3.      Admits para. 5;
        4.      Admits Defendant’s paternity as set forth in para. 6, however, denies
                that a notarized acknowledgment exists or that the Defendant
                voluntarily signed the same;
        5.      Denies para. 7;
        6.      Admits para. 8;
        7.      Denies para. 9;
        8.      Admits para. 10;
        9.      Admits para. 11; and,
        10.     Plaintiff denies each and every other allegation of Defendant’s
                counterclaim save those statements that represent admissions against
                Defendant’s interest.
        WHEREFORE, having fully responded to any allegations or averments of
Defendant whatsoever contained in Defendant’s counterclaim, Plaintiff prays that the
same be dismissed and for an award of attorney’s fees both in equity and in law, and
for such other and further relief as the Court deems just and equitable in the premises.
