Buchanan County and throught Douglas E. Merz, Deputy County
Attorney of Richardson County and moves this Court for a default
judgment against Ryan Michael S Bost, the Defendant herein.
In support whereof, the undersigned states as follows:
1. That a Complaint was filed with the Clerk of the District
Court of Richardson County, Nebraska in this matter on
January 17, 2024;
2. That on January 19, 2024, Ryan Michael S Bost, Defendant,
was served with the Summons, a copy of the Complaint,
Notice of Right to Counsel;
3. That Ryan Michael S Bost, Defendant, has failed to file a
responsive pleading or otherwise pleaded to the Complaint
filed herein and the allegations in said Complaint are
thereby deemed admitted;
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that this Court enter a default
judgment in accordance with the prayer for relief as set forth in the
Complaint previously filed herein.
