for a default judgment against Dustin T Kologenski, the Respondent
herein.
In support whereof, the undersigned states as follows:
1. That a Complaint was filed with the Clerk of the District
Court of Richardson County, Nebraska in this matter on
January 10, 2024;
2. That on January 16, 2024, Dustin T Kologenski, Respondent,
was served with the Summons, a copy of the Complaint,
Notice of Right to Counsel;
3. That Dustin T Kologenski, Respondent, has failed to file a
responsive pleading or otherwise pleaded to the Complaint
filed herein and the allegations in said Complaint are
thereby deemed admitted;
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that this Court enter a default
judgment in accordance with the prayer for relief as set forth in the
Complaint previously filed herein.
