MOTION:
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Kylee J. Riggs, by and through her attorney of
record, Shane J. Placek, and hereby moves this Court for an order granting her the
following temporary relief in the above-entitled matter:
1. Establishing the paternity of the Defendant in relation to the minor
child Jett J. Darling (YOB: 2024) (“minor child”);
2. Sole temporary physical custody of the minor child;
3. Sole temporary legal custody of the minor child;
4. Parenting time for the Defendant consistent with the best interests of
the minor child reflecting the child’s status as a newborn;
5. To establish temporary child support in accordance with the Nebraska
Child Support Guidelines based on the party’s actual or imputed
earnings;
6. Ordering the parties to attend mediation facilitated by The Nebraska
Mediation Center or, in the event of agreement, a private mediator;
7. For an order addressing unreimbursed medical expenses, child care
and direct expenditures for the minor child;
8. For an order addressing the health insurance of the minor child; and,
9. For such other and further relief as the Court deems just and equitable
in the premises.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff moves for the aforementioned temporary
allowances.
