On April 03, 2024 a ORDER: ORDER This Court, having considered the Emergency Application of Plaintiff Rebecca McDonald for an Order (I) allowing Todd & Weld LLP to issue and serve a subpoena to Kiwi Technologies d/b/a Guardian Agriculture ("Guardian Agriculture"), which is located in the Commonwealth, (ii) to compel production of documents requested in the Subpoena, and (iii) having the subpoena returnable to Todd & Weld, LLP, hereby Orders as follows: 1.Todd & Weld, LLP is authorized to issue and serve subpoena approved by the Ohio Court on Guardian Agriculture; 2.
