       ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

        Before this Court is Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment (the “Motion”). After

considering the Motion, Defendant’s response, the pleadings, and the arguments of counsel, the

Court is of the opinion that Plaintiff’ s Motion should be   GRANTED. Accordingly:

        IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED                      that Plaintiff’s Motion for Partial

Summary Judgment is    GRANTED in its entirety.

        IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a judgment of $861,605.00 as the amount due on the
account made the basis of this lawsuit shall be entered against Defendant.

        IT IS FURTHER ORDERED              that the Court shall reserve adjudication    of Plaintiff’s

claim for attorney’s fees until further Order of this Court, and such claim shall remain

outstanding.
