DEMAND FOR ITEMIZED STATEMENT
PURSUANT TO SECTION 38 OF THE LIEN LAW
To: M&M Group Contractors LLC
348 Harold Street
Staten Island, New York 10314
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that:
(1) Pursuant to Section 38 of the Lien Law of the State of New York, Just Salad LLC,
as the lessee of the property described herein, hereby demands that you deliver to the undersigned
a written statement verified by you setting forth the terms of the labor or materials and the value
thereof that make up the amount for which you claim a lien, and also the terms of the contract
under which such items were furnished. The mechanic’s lien referred to was filed by you as lienor
in the sum of $56,159.90 on or about the 15th day of January 2024 in the Office of the Clerk of
Nassau County against G&L Building Corp, as owner, Just Salad Sands Shopping Center LLC
and Just Salad LLC as lessee of G&L Building Corp., and Pine Ridge Construction, as the party
by whom you were employed and with whom the contract was made, against property therein
located at and described as 3563 Long Beach Road, “Bldg. D”, Oceanside, New York 11572 and
identified by tax block and lot number as Section 60, Block F-01, Lot 109, 119, 136, 185, 186, 241
and 242.
(2) The verified statement demanded must be delivered to the undersigned within five
days after service of this demand upon you. In the event that you fail to fully comply with this
demand, Just Salad LLC will proceed in accordance with Section 38 of the Lien Law of the State
of New York.
