                                          as Interested Persons pursuant to GOL § 5-1701(c).

                     UPON the Petition, with exhibits annexed thereto, and Affidavit in Support

            of Yurhyness Evans, with exhibits annexed thereto, it is hereby

                     ORDERED, that Interested Parties, Yurhyness Evans, Lincoln National Life

            Insurance Company f/k/a Lincoln Life Assurance Company of Boston, and Lincoln

            Assignment Corporation f/k/a Liberty Assignment Corporation, show cause before

            this court, to be held at the Onondaga County Courthouse located at 401

            Montgomery Street, Syracuse, New York, on April 18, 2024 at 9:00 am via Teams

            2024 (date must be at least 20 days from the date the Order is signed pursuant to

            NY General Obligations Law Sec. 5-1705) why an Order should not be entered in

            this action pursuant to New York General Obligations Law § 5-1701, et. seq.

            approving the transfer of structured settlement proceeds by Yurhyness Evans to

            J.G. Wentworth Originations, LLC, as described in the Petition in this matter, and

            for such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and proper.

                     SUFFICIENT CAUSE HAVING BEEN SHOWN, let service of a copy of this

             Order to Show Cause and the papers on which it is based by Federal Express

            Overnight Delivery upon the Interested Parties, Yurhyness Evans, Lincoln National

             Life Insurance Company f/k/a Lincoln Life Assurance Company of Boston, and

             Lincoln Assignment Corporation f/k/a Liberty Assignment Corporation, at least 20

            days prior to the return date of the Petition, pursuant to New York State General

            Obligations Law § 5-1705(c), be deemed good and sufficient service thereof, and

            it is further

                     ORDERED that any opposition papers of the Interested Parties shall be

            served no later than seven (7) days prior to the return date of this Order to Show

            Cause pursuant to GOL § 5-1705(c); and it is further

                     ORDERED that the appearances of Yurhyness Evans and counsel for the

            Petitioner are required on the return date of the Petition via Teams.

                     THIS ORDER has been signed by me on            March 29              , 2024

             and shall upon presentation be entered in the office of the Clerk.
