DW Interiors Inc. duly sworn to on the day of March, 2024, the Petition of the

Lienor, DW Interiors Inc. dated the day of March, 2024, and upon the Application of
Rabinowitz, Galina & Rosen, Attorneys for the Lienor it is
ORDERED, that the Lien filed by DW Interiors Inc. in the amount of
$ 357,752.00 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of New York on the
3rd
day of April, 2023 and against the real property known as number 108 Leonard
Street PHN, PHW & 14E, New York, New York and filed under Block 170, Lots 1162,
1167 and 1168, and more particularly described in the copy of the Notice of Lien
previously filed, which is improved by single-family residential property and against the
Owner, Civic Center Community Group Broadway LLC be and the same hereby is
continued for a period of one (1) year from the granting of this Order, pursuant to the
provisions of Section 23 of the Lien Law of the State of New York, and it is further,
ORDERED, that upon filing of a Certified Copy of this Order with the Lien Clerk
of the County of New York, the Lien Clerk be and is hereby directed to redocket the said
lien as of the date of the granting of this Order, and to make an entry in the books
provided therefore of the fact that the said Lien is continued by virtue of this Order.
