The Defendant is Virginia A. Thompson, who is a mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his/her last-known address is 911 Broadway Ave, Secane, PA 19018-000. 3 On February 6, 2013, Virginia A. Thompson, made, executed and delivered a Mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania which Mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Delaware County as Instrument Number 2013013797 (“the Mortgage”), the Mortgage is incorporated herein by reference pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 1019(g). 4 On February 6, 2013, Virginia A.
